Ephesians 2:8–9 (NLT) — 8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

It is one thing to have faith and another to remain faithful. As we look back over our verses for the year I pray that they will inspire you to remain faithful to Jesus.

Matthew 6:33 (NLT) — 33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

Romans 8:28 (NLT) — 28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

1 Corinthians 10:13 (NLT) — 13 The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

1 Peter 5:7 (NLT) — 7 Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

Romans 12:1 (NLT) — 1 And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.

Look at the promises in these verses. The promises alone will help to keep us faithful. These verses also remind me of the faithfulness of God.
