When you begin to feel sorry for yourself and are inclined to have a pity party because even though you are living for Jesus, right now you are getting, “the end of the rope, the short end of the stick, a raw deal, the bottom of the barrel,  and the shaft.”  Memorize this verse from Psalm 82.

Psalm 82:8 (NLT) — 8 Rise up, O God, and judge the earth, for all the nations belong to you.

Things have of way of coming into perspective when the first thing we do is ‘remember God’. God always has the final word and when Jesus comes back there will be no cold cases. Every issue and every mystery will be solved and made right.

Matthew 10:26 (NASB95) — 26 “Therefore do not fear them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known.

Luke 12:2 (NASB95) — 2 “But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known.

Isaiah 40:27–31 (NASB95) — 27 Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel, “My way is hidden from the Lord, And the justice due me escapes the notice of my God”? 28 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. 29 He gives strength to the weary, And to him who lacks might He increases power. 30 Though youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly, 31 Yet those who wait for the Lord Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.
